How do Fantasy FUT Hero Upgrades work?

FUT Heroes will be included in the promo, but the twist is that their upgrades are based on a team they represented in their playing career.

Obviously the players in question are all retired so an individual performance upgrade is not possible but the rest are on the line.

The hero items will receive a plus one upgrade if their former team wins one game from the next six domestic league matches.

They are then eligible for an additional plus one and three new traits should their old clubs avoid defeat across the next six league games.
